In honour of your ride up to Cypress, I bought the Castelli Endurance bib shorts @ MEC today.

^ what he said. probably a fit issue with the bike or your cleats need to be adjusted.

Could be an issue of hip weakness or quad muscle imbalance as well. Bike/cleat fit can only go so far, some people may need to go as far as angled shims to balance everything else out.

I got served a good serving of humble pie riding with Prelude_2NV's friend Beau today.

I did cypress (threw down sick PR's on cypress). Then met beau to do 2 laps of stanley park. On the 2nd lap of prospect point, i felt like i was going backwards hahahahahaha. The guy is sick.

received my bib shorts + jersey today from alibaba. Padding is quite thick and dense. Fits great (+1 size, medium build).

Gonna do another purchase next week for sure!

Main reason why I haven't picked up a team kit from them. I feel I'm not good enough to warrant wearing that. Just gives other cyclists more ammo to snicker as they pass

I did this yesterday...

don't know what it is, but I completed this trek(with a few stops, food truck fest, GIB)

however, cardio wasn't an issue, but my left knee started to hurt half way through.

Always had a bad knee thanks to an injury...anyways..stupid question coming up..

Will it be just a bad position or will i always run into this issue with my knee heating/swelling a bit
