What kind of helmets do you guys use? I've been using a cheap Giro Venti helmet I bought at Caps and it worked fine with my hybrid. I managed to get my dad interested in cycling so I've going to give him my hybrid and helmet.
I bought a road bike off bcrdukes so I need a new helmet and I want to get something more aerodynamic. Any recommendations?

Does anyone have good suggestions as to where to buy a set of Shimano SH11 SPD-SL Cleats? MEC has them for $38 but is there anywhere else in Vancouver that sells them for a bit cheaper?

Thanks.

Giro Saros for me, bought it online because I know that Giro fits my head. You could try the Aeon or the new aero stuff.

To whoever was asking me about the Scott Addict, sorry, it's now been sold and shipped off.

Who wanted a helmet? I still have this brand new in the box one for sale. (Limar 104, world's lightest helmet)

Just finished my longest ride to date, 91kms. I wanted to hit a metric century but ran out of time. Work sucks!!

Here's a pic I took at Dundarave 54kms in.

just went for a training ride. did sfu repeats. tried to do some last min training/climbing before fondo.

60km total, 750m climb, almost half fondo. now second guessing myself whether i can actually complete the fondo

Bike Ride Profile | sfu repeat near Port Coquitlam | Times and Records | Strava

happy that i did set a PR up sfu and beat the old time by 3 mins.

Took my bike in today for a rear wheel true and a going to a 34 tooth front sprocket from a 36 to hopefully gain some cadence on the hills... because I'm a pussy.

kayceee: go drive and park at the bottom of cypress and climb to the first look out. you should at least replicate the furry creek climb. and do repeats of that if ur up for it.
