I'm going to be going after work around 530.

I hope the weather will hold up for Saturday. Are arm warms recommended for this ride? I just hope it doesn't rain

i wouldnt worry about the weather. not something u can control, but im sure it will clear up

i rode the last few days in the morning time around 9am. It was a bit too hot wearing a gilet when the temp went about 15*, but I did keep my arm warmers on (roubaix material which is uber thick).

just up to you really... just bring them along im sure u will have enough pockets.

Just out of curiosity, how many of you guys bike in the rain? Never tried biking in the rain with a road bike before. I'd imagine it's quite the challenge

@604cef

Is your gf driving up to whistler? If so is she driving before the ride starts or during?

Trying to see what's best for my gf to drive. Before it starts to avoid the jam but she'll be stuck up there for a couple hours or drive during it but be stuck in traffic lol

My gf is heading up tonight....

I'm not sure how traffic is going to be tomorrow morning.

Isn't Georgia closed off for the start?

I'd recommend going up early, at least once there you can get out of the car and relax a bit. Bring a book/tablet?
