The average age of riders of the fondo is 47, and 1 in 5 make over $200,000 a year, I think we are outside of the target audience for those $70 photos...
I'm going to commit to getting in on the fondo action next year. I haven't gotten a good ride in for the longest time. Went to Vegas recently so I spent a good amount of time in the gym instead of on the road..BOO!

Did Chris and Benz do the fondo this year?

I ride this myself, but the arione is notorious as being a hate it or love it ass hatchet. pretty cool that it's a carbon shell.
if one of you guys buys it and wants to trade for the same one but in white/black i'd be happy to trade
@bcrdukes - benz rode but i think chris was doing a massive hike that day. plus he did the ironman two weeks before

im going to commit to the fondo next year...but getting myself a pinarello dogma 65.1
but no. i think i will start training a lot harder and a lot earlier. like previously said i think by 604cef, anyone who is in half decent shape can do it, much like me, its doable, but to get a good time, lots of training needs to be put in, now that i've done it once, i know its no simple ride, so hopefully next year i can post a much better time.

Probably the hardest ride i've done to date. Kits to Wycliff, then up Cypress. Planned to eat lunch up there but forgot my wallet. Almost died going up. I have some serious work to do. With Haleakala a mere 30 day's away, i've got to start killing that mountain, over and over. haha. I did this ride a couple months back, but for some reason this was waaay harder. haha
On the plus side, Found a Land Rover Defender for sale, and spotted what could be a lost cat. Ha
