Depending on how the headtube is attached to the rest of the frame, a long head tube can still result in a low handlebar height, so the headtube length measurement doesn't tell you a whole lot comparing different manufacturers unfortuneately. However most manufacturers geometry differ only slightly in each area (assuming similar category of frame) which contributes to its overall unique ride qualities, so while the headtube on the new frame may be 20mm longer, the actual difference may not be as large.

Does anybody have an extra front brake caliper? Shimano 105 level and up, or SRAM Apex level and up. Don't need pads

The Cervelo needs the longer front brake mounting bolt to mount up the rear brake, and I haven't found any place sells just the mounting bolt so I can retrofit my current brake.

Yep, I have a SRAM Force caliper, new/never installed I'm willing to let go of.
Looks like this:
Amazon.com: SRAM Force Brake Calipers: Sports & Outdoors

If you're interested, let me know, make me an offer.

Strava has a new route builder similar.to what Garmin has. Its suppose to pull data from other Strava riders to give you the best route or something. I'm at work so I haven't had time to play around with it.

Budget bike got a tune up today.

New chain, and new tires/tubes. Not sure if the setup is tacky, or just awesome but it is a claimed 1/2lb lighter now with the new setup. Hopefully see a difference tomorrow on my last ride prior to Haleakala.

Cheaper Vittoria Zaffiro Pro's/Vittoria lightweight tubes and a New 105 chain.

It's a rough time to be selling right now if you're hoping to get decent returns, off season is when the bargain hunters come out and lowball while the buyers who would pay fair value are usually caught up in winter activities. Great time to buy though

And the scammers are out year round lol
