Unlocking BB Curve from Verizon??

I went to get a BB Curve from Verizon and the lady at a store i took the cell to told me that they cant be unlocked for Rogers/Fido.
Does anybody know a place that can be recommended?

an unlocked blackberry WILL work for rogers/fido
