^Wish I saw that earlier lol.

Finally got the plate I wanted, from Hub insurance @ the Richmond Auto mall. They had it saved for someone else, but didn't want it anymore. Lucky me. Lol

Here's a list of all the Richmond brokers with the old plates, for anyone else that might be interested:

Was calling around for old format license plates:

Vancouver/Burnaby- mostly new formats now, maybe a couple of the old ones left at some places
Richmond - old format still available but 99% of the plates have the number "4" in it
Maple Ridge/Coquitlam - old format still available at most places, better selection and combinations

Wow, I'm surprised that there's still the old format. Good to know though.

Haney Place Insurance in Maple Ridge have MPH plates. Not too many left though, last chance to get letters that make sense.

6 number plates?

On a side note what were these plates for?

Zordon 01-09-2015 07:06 AM

^ I haven't seen that series before.

**Edit

They existed for utility trailers but not passenger styles.

meme405 01-09-2015 08:40 AM

I didn't know those existed. That's super odd, where'd you see that?

bicboi 01-09-2015 10:08 AM

^ Lawd. I can imagine the bidding war mainlanders would have if "888 888" was in existence.

heisenberg 01-09-2015 01:26 PM

its in my garage, no one knows where it came from. im thinking its from the people who used to live at my house

New update regarding new format plates:

British Columbia Passenger License Plates 2014 and beyond!

"AS5-00A to AS5-99A" will not be produced since AS5 resembles ASS.

and looks like some full car names will not be produced either.
