trollface 07-04-2019 10:39 AM

Why don't you guys just get custom plates if you want such specific numbers?

you know how many FK8 custom plates there can be? One.

You know how many variations of FK8 ## X there are? (10 x 10 x 26) = 2600

Plus you don't have to pay a custom plate fee if you get a normal plate. And I think it's cooler finding a normal plate with your chassis code, than making a custom plate.

No need to get your panties in a bunch, just a question. This must be a touchy subject for you.

With the kind of money ppl spend on cars, a custom plate fee is gonna require a bank loan eh.

0 FK8
00 FK8
000FK8
LIT FK8

That's no different than a FK8 XXX and 100 times less effort. Just sayin.

FOREVER 07-04-2019 12:31 PM

Anyone see JL###X plates around? :D

underscore 07-04-2019 01:28 PM

I'd love to find the plate that has my chassis code but there will only be one plate so it seems unlikely I'll find it. ST185H means I can't get it as a custom plate either.

This is just my opinion, but getting custom plate is the easy way out as you simply just pay for it. It's not "rare" because anyone could've "bought" it. However, with the regular plates, even a rich person won't be able to get it if he's not lucky. This is adds to the charm and exclusivity of getting a regular plate with your desired combination.
