Airline fees and taxes calculator?
Does anyone know what are all the fees, surcharges, taxes, gas charge, etc associated with airplane tickets?

Varies depending on where you take off from and where you are going and even to some extend who you are flying with.

No, I do not know of any calculator other than the final price after choosing your flights.

For a travel from Van, currently:
Airport improvement fee will be 15CAD + GST
Air travellers security charge 9.33CAD + GST for round-trip domestic travel, 7.94CAD + GST for transborder, 17CAD for int'l
Fuel surcharge varies on destination.

Don't remember all the tax name for the US, plus depending on itinerary some don't apply.

You'd basically would have to call the airline, ask travel agent, or make fictitious booking online to find out.
