HOV lane
are bikes allowed in all hov lane or only ones that says "motocycle ok"?

Motorcycles are exempted from having to qualify according to the sign and may always use the HOV lane.

Motorcycles are always allowed to use the HOV lane I guess. I always use it and never thought about it being allowed or not lol. But the reason why they allow motorcycles to use the HOV lane is for safety reasons I think.

So does this mean i can use the buses only hov lane in downtown?
