The whole point of the show was to watch Jake grow up under the influence of two completely different people, and be amused by Charlie's antics of course. I think it's awesome that we get to see his teenage years now. He was such a dense little fucker early on in the show.
ps: anyone know where I can watch it online? People are usually using the tv around that time lol

and this is Charlie Sheens older brother  
Emilio Estevez he didn't want to be recognized for his dads fame So he used their REAL surname; "Sheen" is a stage name
and was married to Paula Abdul!
he did well in the 80s but pretty much fizzled out after that (aside from mighty ducks) and does the odd directing/acting job
he was on 1 episode of Two And A Half Men too
(no im not a psycho fan i just read imdb :P )
