Where you located?

Richmond's steveston dojo has been reputable for decades now! Thats where i practiced my karate more than 20 years ago....Of course Judo is big there, as well as Kendo. Instructors straight from the motherland.

Most reputable place is Stevenston's Judo club. I, personally have not trained there, but hope to in the future.

Other places, like Creative Fighter's Guild located also in Richmond, offer Judo classes as well. I'm not too sure how that program is, as CFG focuses on a wide variety of other Martial Arts as well.

My best bet for you would be to try Steveston's dojo.

There's a boxing club that just started out at Rev's bowling in Bby. Maybe you can look into that if you dont find a judo class u like.

There was an old thread here.

I used to teach at UBC Judo. My friends are still there. Check them out. Nice informal group. Because it's at an university, some times we used get very talented out of town visitors.
