Returning phone to Rogers

:)Hi guys,

I got the white bold about a month ago, but earlier this week, I restarted it and then I got the dreaded "JVM 102 Error".

I tried fixing it myself via blackberry/crackberry forums. No luck. Even did the live automation with a rep from Rogers. Didn't work either. Long story short, they will be sending me a new bold.

Question is, when I return my phone to them, do I have to also return the case, charger, and headset? Or can I keep all of them and just return the phone itself?

Thanks! Much appreciated!

Well, realistically, I don't think they care. I guess by the book they would like it complete. When I had my razr replaced, I sent just the phone, and nothing came about from that.

I'd say just send back what exactly they send u..if they send u phone and cover n whatever then send it back but if they just send the phone to u then send ur phone back and keep ur stuff

They're going to send you only the phone so you return the phone itself.

yeah keep the extra goodies for yourself, if they ask for it then worry about it

most likely they're sending u a refurbished unit, which mean only the phone with no extras.
