I was just wondering if anyone has ever tried this program? If you have, how effective was it?

very effective, you can adjust this program to fit YOUR needs. Its quick and simple, just remember its better to underestimate your % than to over %, leave the ego behind.

We have seen great results from the aforementioned folks, but it seems some of our more advanced guys really took it in the shorts on the big 3, and have all gone back to either a pure Westside or Big Iron based approach to their training
