Or you could do what I did, escalate to cancelling.
First call and complain about dropped calls/no coverage. Then after they ignore you, go and ask how long do you have left and what is the fee associated with you cancelling the contract.
Then get whatever plan you think is fair/want and have the retention person make it happen!

Called again to try to get network calling but nothing worked.
New plan is as follows:
350 day time
Unlimited evenings and weekend (5PM to 7AM)
Rogers to rogers
Call Display
Voicemail
500 sent text/unlimited receiving
22.70 taxes and fees included
