Borihanh says authorities searched the area on foot and by helicopter but found no one around and no evidence that anybody had been in the car at the time it went over the edge.
He says the case is being treated as an auto theft.

so... who watched the new episode of Two and a half Men on Monday?
In that episode they are driving down a road and he realizes he needs to turn around but its not wide enough so he starts backing up. He ends up backing up into a ditch.. lol
Not quite the same but still sorta funny..

Kev | I agree that there is more to it then this.. the news said he lives in a gated community. how did they get in then, and more importantly, how did the "thieves" get out through the gates of the compound in a well known celebs car. if it was a theft, i think a guard or two is gonna get fiiiiiiiiiired

Anyway... remember on Christmas he had a domestic dispute?? He probably had another one and his GF stole his car (so he called 911) and she landed it in the ditch

I doubt he will pull an insurance scam.
He is making $800,000 per episode and I believe he just signed another 2 season deal.
