if it was password protected, then its as good as a brick to whoever picked it up.
best thing to do is report it stolen to rogers, and it'll end up on the Lost/Stolen IMEI db - search the thread by bcdrukes.
if the phone was on exchange. network admin could do a remote wipe and lock as well.
