If you want to do it yourself, I have had a positive experience with www.cellunlocker.net. I paid 7.99USD for an unlock code for my Rogers Nokia E71. Worked like a charm, and was a lot cheaper than on Craigslist or Phonemore, which by the way is like $25!

I've had a pretty good experience with cellunlock.net (sounds similar to cellunlocker.net but it's a diff site). unlocked my Bold 9700 for like $8 and got the unlock code in like 10 mins. pretty good service.
