Can i use fido dollars toward prepaid?

Im planning to use prepaid minutes but im not sure how it works. I have a new fido phone and a new sim card (was included in it). Can i use these items towards a prepaid phone and use my fido dollars to buy minutes? I want to use this up before i switch over to rogers ?

yes you can use ur fido dollars towards prepaid minutes, but you still need to purchase minimum 10bux fido vouchers. coz the minutes you buy with fido dollar doesn't extend the expiry date on the minutes. ie if ur minutes expires tmw you add more minutes with FIDO DOLLARS it still expires tmw. you need to use a voucher to extend it another 30 days

If u already have a prepaid acct u can use ur fido dollars in there for 20 airtime

But u can't use fido dollars in a monthly acct towards prepaid airtime

And no u can't use fido dollars towards accessories

And no Fido dollars can only be used towards Handsets.

Dude fido dollars can be used towards services to try out too. Such as blackbery data plan proof? i got my bro 2 months of the 25$ bb data plan even though i have 75$ of fido dollars max is 2 months trial then u can reask them to do it again.

interesting, I guess its because i work at a exclusive dealer(ex. wireless wave, cellular baby etc) the only thing I was told you can do in store with the dealers are handsets.
