Edit just renewed my contract this week. And got my new Phone now.

How did you get them to remove the SAF from the old plans? Don't they usually offer you the new SAF-free plans instead?

Call and say you will go to Telus or Bell or whatever cause they offered you a better plan and your carrier should try and match it. This really depends if you have been with them for a long time or not (best bet is over 5 years)

100 bonus minutes

illicitstylz 03-05-2010 05:05 AM

Those cocksuckers at the Rogers dealer's said my plan was already " awesome " when I went in to renew my contract.

Been a 6 year customer with three lines and they can't offer me a better plan which is utter bullshit.

Currently "RT"

250 daytime
unlimited network calling
unlimited e/w 6pm
100LD
CID
2500 text
VM

$62 taxes and SAF in

This used to be $25 + saf/taxes a month, but after the 2nd year all the credits disappeared and was stuck with $62 per month for 12 months

Now it's been 3 years and time to get a new plan/renew
from what i've seen in this thread and howardforums retention thread
What I'm currently paying now, I can get 6gb data (worth $25) as well, not to mention it should be even cheaper because I'm on retention should I not?

Basically I want cctw's

Rogers

200 mins weekday
unlimited after 6pm and weekends
unlimited incoming
unlimited network calling
500mb data
caller id / voicemail / 2500 texts

$48 tax in

That would be perfect...

^That's an awesome plan

With the government approving non-canadian carriers in Canada, I can't wait to see plans like that. I wouldn't even think twice if I could get something like that here.
