even the worst plan on this thread is still better than advertised plans
besides calling them and threatening cancel your subscription, can a new customer get these plans?

You can try "so and so offered me this and that" and see where that takes you. Most of these plans are obtained through retentions though.

It is not impossible but would be difficult for a new customer to get retention plans.

I'm on mobilicity's $40 everything paln(w/ BIS) since their launch last year. Paying $42/month. I used to be with fido..
