Everyone is different I suppose. For me, it would be ideally the mid-afternoon, around 11, or after 3. However, I'm at work during those hours so they don't fit. So I go usually @ 8. It's the only time available.

i am not sure about the time of day but you have to think this way, when you exercise, aerobically, it makes your metabolism speed up and it can keep it sped up for hrs after the exercise....not sure which matters whether you want it sped up during sleep or during the day...but it boils down to calories in...calories out
