Carbon monoxide poisoning for breakfast?

hal0g0dv2 03-11-2010 09:12 AM

Qmx323 03-11-2010 09:31 AM

oh my god.

this is so fucking nice

sonick 03-11-2010 09:53 AM

Damn, I'd love to actually LIVE in a place like that.

ilvtofu 03-11-2010 09:58 AM

not all that impressive IMO

AVS_Racing 03-11-2010 10:22 AM

y the fuck not if you have the money, i would just buy land next to my house and build a giant garage to store my cars

TRD Rs200 03-11-2010 10:24 AM

now my car can be part of the house

hk20000 03-11-2010 11:46 AM

makes no sense at all. There has to be at least glass partitioning and independent ventilation systems for the living compartment and the garage to work.

You'll so get lung cancer living in such a place.

Imagine if you have a turbocharged car (which you will, you are a car nut to live here in the first place) and you have to turbo-time it after parking it. Good luck.

sonick 03-11-2010 11:53 AM

Umm, it's not for living in...

alwaysideways 03-11-2010 11:58 AM

I wonder if you bought a commercial condo building around here and built living quarters in it, if it would be against bylaws? Anyone have any input?

Naturally it would be easy to have a setup like any other shop that would have a hose to connect to the exhaust pipe and lead it outside. Thus preventing death by CO...I would LOVE to have a pad like that....gotta make more sales LOL

notching 03-11-2010 12:56 PM

the newer expensive condos, even here in vancouver, has private garages in the underground parking. move on.

You would be better off buying a small warehouse.

Mrtemp 03-11-2010 02:15 PM

Nice, cept its in Minnesota, where it's frozen for half the year.

124Y 03-11-2010 03:52 PM

That would be a pretty cool. However, I do agree that if it were for living, I would separate the living compartment from the garage.

hk20000 03-11-2010 04:28 PM

actually it's just about the same equipment as a local warehouse....but probably for a lot more money for its reputation...

Take a portion of Big Crazy and refurnish the upper deck and install a 2/4 post hoist = that thing.

optiblue 03-11-2010 05:07 PM

can't afford anything up here in vancouver :(

jeff_alexander 03-11-2010 05:15 PM

I don't see any beds in the floor plans, only a lounge. Where do they sleep?

VK79 03-12-2010 04:20 AM

Did not bother to read the whole post in the forum on 6sp but looking at the pics, it prolly is a toy garage for the dude and a chill-pad above it.

I mean look at the amount of space for his "cars" easily store 6-8 cars, would a person who owns so many toys live in a cramped up, sub 500sqft space?

Lomac 03-12-2010 07:34 AM

To people wondering about living spaces and beds... it's not an actual live-in condo. The building complex is a glorified car storage. The owner of this particular unit simply created a mezanine to act as a lounge. I don't believe these units can actually be lived in.

josel_atr 03-12-2010 09:20 AM

it reminds me of Han's line from FF Tokyo Drift.

"Hey Twink, get this guy a bunk!"

racerman88 03-12-2010 03:11 PM

nice

+1

If this guy had this big ass garage to begin with, I'm sure he didn't forget to put some sort of ventilation system.
