makes no sense at all. There has to be at least glass partitioning and independent ventilation systems for the living compartment and the garage to work.

You'll so get lung cancer living in such a place.

Imagine if you have a turbocharged car (which you will, you are a car nut to live here in the first place) and you have to turbo-time it after parking it. Good luck.

I wonder if you bought a commercial condo building around here and built living quarters in it, if it would be against bylaws? Anyone have any input?

Naturally it would be easy to have a setup like any other shop that would have a hose to connect to the exhaust pipe and lead it outside. Thus preventing death by CO...I would LOVE to have a pad like that....gotta make more sales LOL

You would be better off buying a small warehouse.

That would be a pretty cool. However, I do agree that if it were for living, I would separate the living compartment from the garage.

actually it's just about the same equipment as a local warehouse....but probably for a lot more money for its reputation...

Take a portion of Big Crazy and refurnish the upper deck and install a 2/4 post hoist = that thing.

I don't see any beds in the floor plans, only a lounge. Where do they sleep?

Did not bother to read the whole post in the forum on 6sp but looking at the pics, it prolly is a toy garage for the dude and a chill-pad above it.

I mean look at the amount of space for his "cars" easily store 6-8 cars, would a person who owns so many toys live in a cramped up, sub 500sqft space?

To people wondering about living spaces and beds... it's not an actual live-in condo. The building complex is a glorified car storage. The owner of this particular unit simply created a mezanine to act as a lounge. I don't believe these units can actually be lived in.

If this guy had this big ass garage to begin with, I'm sure he didn't forget to put some sort of ventilation system.
