So Ken Block finally competes @ wrc level in WRCar..

why did i see this coming... =.=" he wont be that famous without that monster/ DC shoes hype w/ gymwhatchamacall it driving videos.

koukimonst3r 03-11-2010 09:15 PM

subie > ford, I miss his gymkhana videos

death_blossom 03-11-2010 09:48 PM

all the Ken Block fanboys are eating their words now. we'll see how he develops as he gains more experience in the big boy league.

boatcaptain 03-11-2010 09:54 PM

poor car

josh t-1 03-11-2010 09:54 PM

nicest looking ford that i've ever seen...

supman7 03-11-2010 10:46 PM

I'm not at all surprised, his gymkhana videos never meant he was skilled at racing, of course you'd be able to do some eye popping stuff if you do it over and over again. WRC is all driver and no tricks. I hope he picks it up fast if he doesn't want to become an embarrassment to WRC.

adc 03-11-2010 10:56 PM

i read the tittle thought to myself "he probably crashed" i was right

bcrdukes 03-11-2010 11:01 PM

Ken Block has a LONG way to go and if he wants to join the big goys, he'll need to outdo the likes of this individual.

CanadaGoose 03-11-2010 11:34 PM

As good of a driver as he is, in reality Ken Block is nowhere near the level of top WRC drivers, not even close. He's just publicized, and in a way marketed, a lot more through all his insane videos. So it's the result of media hype and peoples subsequent assumptions that make us believe he's elite

StealthFighter 03-11-2010 11:41 PM

he's still new, give him some time. but i don't see him beating guys like loeb anytime soon.

!Tigger 03-12-2010 01:07 AM

tommi makinen
petter solberg

exactly what i had in mind... hes no where near the current wrc runners right now..

hk20000 03-12-2010 07:43 AM

real WR drivers train every day on loose surfaces he just fucks around in an airfield that he "knows"

he needs to train and get in sync with his codriver too at least.

Hustler604 03-12-2010 11:07 AM

Ken Block is a great stunt driver and i think he can do well in WRC, but right now he is RAW talent. He has the potential and the skill, but he has to realize that he isnt this shit right now and he needs to walk before he can run. For Ken it will all come down to attitude and ability to take guidence. Gluck to him

wow...its pretty crazy how close those crowds are to the road...i wonder how many spectator fatalities there are in a wrc year.

IMASA 03-12-2010 11:09 AM
