Fruit Juice is horrible...it's empty calories...

Ingesting carbs will make you hungry for more carbs...

Personally, I try and fight the urges and listen to my body rather than my brain. My brain tells me I want to eat, mainly because I'm bored at work. But my stomach will growl, telling me when I actually need to eat.

IMO it depends on your goal..

If you want to snack while at work because you get hungry, then have some mixed nuts and try to avoid sugar.

If you're on a diet or don't want to gain weight, then resist the urge to eat because you're probably bored, not hungry.

you dont wanna snack on anything all day.
if you're hungry all day long, maybe you should be eating bigger or more filling meals.
limit your snack portions, no matter what they are.

I love the fruit-to-go strips... they're so good!
Not sure about the sugars and stuff in them though..

Um, no. All simple sugars, you'd get a sugar rush and crash shortly after.

Almonds would be the best bet, high in fiber and protein and good fats, leaves you feeling satiated longer.

Anything high in fiber or protein is good for keeping the feeling of hunger away. Cottage cheese is an option for a good source of protein.

Just keep everything in moderation and have a balanced diet to be "healthy".
