Can anyone recommend a smallbusiness lawyer? (affordable, reliable)

I'm starting a small company and have been shopping around for a good lawyer - hoping RSers might be able to recommend someone they've used in the past that was good. Looking for someone affordable and reliable.

I'm looking for some legal advice regarding contracts, start-up processes, etc. Would also be interested in buying an existing off-the-shelf company from a lawyer.

Thanks

I used Aydin Bird in Oakridge Mall to setup my Incorporation.
The price was very reasonable. The Service was outstanding and they made sure that I fully understood the process of Incorporation.I was pretty satisfied with everything. He charged me approx $1200.00.

I compared this to "do it yourself" legal incorporation kits such as the ones that Staples Sells etc. And it pretty much worked out to be $200.00 more by going with an actual lawyer. I thought i would rather work with somebody that i can ask questions etc and provide legal advice rather then saving $200.00.
