I know most of said you heard the sound of a slide of pistol being racked at the end of episode 4. Did anyone notice the "click" at the begining of episode 5 right after the episode 4 recap? it sounded like a hammer of pistol coming down but there was no "Bang".

DanHibiki 08-14-2012 02:31 AM

At first I thought Todd would be some guy they would have to get rid of in the future and I'd feel bad for him. Turns out it's not that way at all lol.

And what is this "empire business" everyone is mentioning here. i just saw the episode but don't recall that

Slifer 08-14-2012 05:12 AM

Spoiler!

It's in the preview for the next episode.

I would assume it's because Todd wants to move up and sees potential in what Walt and the gang are doing. Clearly, he has no reservations showing people his potential and initiative.

hotjoint 08-14-2012 08:00 AM

Finally got around to watching, crazy ending.

SkinnyPupp 08-14-2012 09:46 AM

I can't believe people are still sympathizing with Walt.. and now the new guy Todd for killing a kid? And all the Skyler hate? wtf, people? :fulloffuck:

7seven 08-14-2012 11:50 AM

I've actually been rooting against Walt, was hoping Gus would've won that battle and taken him out. Now I'm rooting for Hank, but Skylar is just annoying.

twitchyzero 08-14-2012 01:54 PM

ted now looks a bit like tio salamanca :lol

thats probably an intention of the show and the fantastic character development throughout the seasons. walt does a complete 180 from crime out of necessity to being completely power hungry.

fucken love this show.

instantneedles 08-14-2012 07:28 PM

finished this series a few months ago, was the most stellar series i had watched for ages... after watching that, i found everything else boring

nns 08-14-2012 08:20 PM

How did you finish the series when there are still new episodes coming out?

lol

Fafine 08-14-2012 08:24 PM

he means that one or two season that he's seen so far.

and +1 for skylar being annoying

jeffh 08-14-2012 09:15 PM

I don't know why, but I'm starting to suspect they might kill off Walt Jr soon, somehow related to Walt's meth business, either he'll OD on meth or be a casualty of someone going after Walt. Leading Skylar to really turn and be a problem for Walt building his EMPIRE

InvisibleSoul 08-15-2012 09:05 AM

For those wondering who the guy driving the "stalled" dump truck is, he's one of Saul's guys. He's the same guy who went with Huell to get Ted Benenke to sign the check to the IRS, and he also posed as the EPA (?) guy doing the inspection for Bogdan, the car wash owner, so he would sell to Skyler.

InvisibleSoul 08-15-2012 09:36 AM

Remember what movie Hank said he just got on Blu-Ray, and asked if Walter Jr wanted to watch it with him?

Heat.

Story line for Heat?

A group of professional bank robbers start to feel the heat from police when they unknowingly leave a clue at their latest heist.

SkinnyPupp 08-15-2012 09:52 AM

My wife hates Walt so much now that she doesn't really want to watch anymore :\

Anyone else notice the same thing? I get much more out of the show, so I don't mind that the main protagonist has become the main villain. In fact, that makes it really intriguing. Although I gotta say, Pure Evil Walt is not nearly as interesting as Conflicted Walt. Also, would like more Saul

InvisibleSoul 08-15-2012 10:27 AM

Quote from Walt the previous episode: Nothing stops this train.

I noticed this too. At first I thought it was a bit random, but then remembered that this show doesn't do random.

This show is just smartly done. You almost NEED to re-watch episodes/seasons to really pick up on stuff you miss.

twitchyzero 08-15-2012 06:46 PM

walt watches scarface
hank watches heat
:fullofwin:

Ronin 08-15-2012 07:17 PM

Heat is one of my favorite movies ever.

And I rooted for De Niro the whole time.
