yeah if you look at it all at once, this season is kind of out of whack compared to the rest of the show. Admittedly Jesse is clean now, but he was always a moron and a loser.
that maybe the case season 1-3 but in season 4 you can see him progressively getting level-headed and Walt and Jesse's personality almost take a switch a roo

I get what you're saying, but I still think there was too drastic of a change this season. In Walt not so much, since he was going nuts anyways in the last season, but Jesse's character seems to have been just lost on the writers
Jesse's transformation isn't too far off base, imo. He's fairly young and from the experiences he went through it would be on par that he's not that big of a risk taker as Walt.
Can anyone explain to me what the significance of Walter suggesting that Victor's death by Gus was more than sending a message was? He said it could be because Victor took the liberty of cooking the meth himself. What is he implying?

Sad to see them dispose of Mike's body like all the others.
Spoiler!
I don't personally believe it's very plausible that Hank would suddenly suspect Walt because of that book and his previous conversation with him. I mean, I realize that's what the writers are trying to go for, I just don't personally find it very convincing. In the real world, would a guy really want to believe the worst in his brother-in-law? Especially with the good relationship he has with him?
Better spoiler my post even though I have no sympathy for people who come to this thread who haven't watched the latest episode.
I get the feeling Todd is using Walt for his recipe. After Todd is proficient, he will splinter off and either start a rival operation, or become the only operation (i.e. possibly kill Walt).

well its signed G.B. which is Gayle Botetticher the other cook that died so thats a pretty big sign that walt could have been involved. i find it hard to believe that someone as methodical as walt would just have that in the bathroom.

cause that flashback scene was in hank's house when he was disabled and working at home on the fring case..so he probably just randomly kept that book around.
to nns's skepticism...walt and hank were JUST talking about chemistry before he went to the washroom so it's not that hard to make the connection... i mean there can't be that many chemists in town with the initials WW
