Free roaming within the same province?
 
Guys/Gals,

I'm looking for a plan that allows me to make calls anywhere within BC without incurring a long distance charge. Does this type of plan even exist?

If not, the best option plan for 'Unlimited Canada Long Distance' is with Fido, AFAIK which costs $20/mth. Are there any service providers that can top this?
