Well the Anna update hasn't been officially released yet however it is available to download online its the Chinese release so there is support for English and Chinese (its been available for awhile now but i didn't post the info)
Anyway here's video of the Belle update shown running on the N8 now since the Anna update still isn't here officially I guess this is still an early version of Belle

Anna's finally being pushed out by Nokia OTA check ur devices your product code may or may not have the update available att
its been available online for awhile now (pre-release and final release) but if you've been waiting for it straight from Nokia it'll be available now or in the coming days (for your product code)
This has just been updated to include the capability of using your own Images you just look through your gallery and choose which images you want and the app will convert them like so
they've also added more pre-installed images and clock options
its a great great feature for Nok phones that should really be pre-installed on all phones instead of having to have to download it
servers are swamped atm it would seem (probably due to the Anna update)
EDIT: Logins working and the ANNA UPDATE is Available For All Product Codes but you have to do it through Ovi Suite you can't OTA it (yet?) because its 320mb

that's odd they said they released it for all product codes
but ive also read a few people saying their product codes still have nothing
maybe they missed some
you connected your phone to your computer and then checked ovi suite?
i know the servers have been bogged down like crazy maybe you need to give it some time

Ovi suite firmware update seems to be down too.
nokia says they've released them firmware for all product codes worldwide
but when you try to upgrade the firmware through ovisuite it takes about 5-10mins of "checking for updates" before ovi suite will find it
so the servers are very bogged down but it'll work just takes time
the new browser is great very smooth/responsive i have no use for Opera anymore
edit: after you've installed Anna open your Software Updater and you'll see there are 4 additional updates (2 of which are optional) ranging from 3.5-21mbs

There are a lot of mods to be found online for the N8 that makes it run snappier/smoother etc there are even more mods for the Camera to increase quality!
but I can't help but feel more secure when the mod comes straight from Nokias Damian Dinning (the guy responsible for the camera)
He has just released into Beta Labs (fastest way or else he has to attach it to a future firmware update)
Continuous Auto Focus, Updated/Upgraded Camera UI, improved Close Up mode and 30FPS
sigh....i still don't have the update for symbian anna
mines a rogers phone, but that doesn't make a difference i think
Weird, I was checking for updates ota since the beginning of August and managed to get the Anna update on the 28th. Says "ROGCA" on the box above the serial numbers.. safe to assume it's from Rogers? lol
^it's not that they have forgotten, Rogers is holding the update away from us, I sent a furious email to them, they replied saying Rogers developers team is testing the update, which is total bullshit. Just flash it yourself, beats waiting Posted via RS Mobile
