Autobody shop for rust

I got a 96 civic cx. It has rust on the left rear fender, you can barely see it but iIwant to get it fixed before it gets bigger. I sprayed it with rust killer hoping it'll work, so I was wondering if anyone knows a good trustworthy guy who can fix it?
I'll get pictures up soon to show you guys how bad it is.
