What MMA gyms locally have training during the day?
Going to be off for a month and wanted to train during the day.

Dynamic MMA changed their name because they're now affiliate with Checkmat BJJ.

Yep, Dynamic changed because the affiliation from Carlson Gracie SR to Checkmat (team Vieira)

I train at FKP MMA aka Franco Kickboxing Pankration.
Been there for 4 years now & now fighting for Battle Field Fight League.

I coach there sometimes as well. Really great for anyone at any level. Beginners to Pro fighters.

I've trained out in California at numerous gyms - none really compare.

The NoGi judo sounds interesting at mma sharks

dynamic mma is 225 per month, lions mma is 150 month all mma gyms I find quiete pricey. they also offer it with one discipline too so it you want train in 2 its extra money. I was thinking more like 70-90 month be ok

Check out Franco's Pankration. Chris Franco is a legit fighter and trainer. His guys do extremely well in the amateur competitions

how much does franco's cost a month? im interested in starting muay thai there

Check out Apex in Richmond as well. They look pretty good. No think they are located by IKEA.

I went to the one at the Renfrew Community Centre Judo awhile back with beatdownvictim and thought it was pretty fun.

north burnaby boxing club is by holdom skytrain above the revs bowling, it says its 50$ a month but im not sure how many classes and what not you get.

NBBC does 1x class a week last time I was there years ago
