ProjectDetail: 2005 Audi S4

Detailed a 2005 S4 yesterday, wheels were covered in a thick layer of brake dust. Originally did a pre-soak with Autoglym CWC, took off most of the brake dust. Went back over with Poorboys Spray and Rinse, got rid of most of the rest. Paint was in decent shape, claying didn't take to much out. Exhaust tips were average. Everything went as planned. Anyways here is the product list:

Wash:
- 2 Bucket Method w/ Grit Guards
- Raceglaze Sheepskin Washmitt
- Raceglaze Brush (Cracks/Crevices)
- Meguiars Gold Class
- Dawn Dishwashing Detergent
- Zep Citrus
- Majestic Solutions Ultra Gloss
- Optimum No Rinse

Wheels/Tires:
- Autoglym Custom Wheel Cleaner
- Poorboys Spray and Rinse
- Raceglaze XL Wheel Brush
- Laitner Wheel Brush
- Swissvax Wheel Brush
- Meguiars Tire Brush
- Old Sponge cut in half
- Gloss-It Signature Tire Gloss
- Armor All Wheel Protectant

Clay:
- Riccardo Blue Clay
- ONR Clay Dilution

Last Step Protection:
- Autoglym HD Wax
- Autoglym Applicator Pad
- Chemical Guys Sasquatch MF
- Wool Duster

Windows:
- Collinite 845 Base Coat

Befores:

Turned up the exposure a bit, the barrels had such a thick layer of brake dust

Autoglym Custom Wheel Cleaner pulling grime out of the tires

After claying, no LSP (notice lack of depth in paint)

lol...buddy of mine just fooling around

another friend decided to pop by

Afters:

Thanks for looking,
Brendan

Nice work!

And holy crap, from this picture I am pretty sure I know exactly where you live, and that my cousin's are your neighbor haha. Is there a swinging door/gate in between the 2 houses?

My buddy is making a time lapse of my wash process and wheel cleaning process. Not sure when it'll be up though.

hey brendan, when you used the autoglym wheel cleaner on the tires, did you have to agitate it to get it to show that much dirt? or just sprayed it and let it sit?

for the tires i sprayed it and then agitated with my meguiars tire brush. The wheels got custom wheel cleaner and then followed by poorboys spray and rinse to get rid of the baked on brake dust.

Haha, I believe a friend of mine was looking at S2K's there.

The one your bud has is the White on Beige int? Pretty rare haha. Is it true, his mom had to drive it home?
