Free to a good home - 5 year old cat - pure white persian x

Hi all,

we got our kitty, Risc, around 5 years ago and now we need a new home for him...

We're leaving the country for several years and its just not possible to bring him with us.

he's an indoor cat (small condo) that does like to venture outside into the hallway when able and im sure he'd be into being an outdoor cat if possible.

He's been fixed and had shots when he was a kitty. Being an indoor cat, we never bothered with other shots. he's never had any health issues what so ever.

The occasional furball, but thats about it.

he has always eaten Hill's Prescription Diet food (usually bought from vet's and some pet stores) and still has roughly half of a 20 lb bag left.

He weights about 10-15 lbs. he's not a super affectionate cat, but does come to snuggle on the couch and will sleep on top of us @ night sometimes

The only issue with him is he does not like small children that much. We have a 15 month old daughter and he's scratched her several times. not completely his fault as she cornered him after a 'chase' session and he didn't really have anywhere to go. So we don't fault him totally (otherwise we would of given him away the first time it happened).

If we weren't moving, we'd definitely keep him even though he's scratched her, we just have to be careful and as always supervise them when they go into the bedroom or anywhere that Risc doesn't have an easy way out of once he gets tired of being chased endlessly

Anyways, here are some pictures:
