add some 5x5's to your workout mix for size
then just do some hiit with your weights (no stopping 6 exercises in a row)
that worked for me.
but especially...the meal size and frequency...feed yourself the protein in small doses throughout the day, and i think your body utilizes it alot more efficiently the longer you go.
there is a work out thread stickied

anyone know where to buy a jug of eggwhites similar to a milk jug? I can't find them anywhere locally but I know they have them in the states.

I know that platinum gym in surrey carries it. It WAS $10 for 2 liters back a couple years ago. Not sure what it is now. Only problem is they seemed to expire really fast. I'd have like not even a week to drink it.

Superstore has the 500 ml containers for $1.99 if you buy 3. That is the cheapest I've seen.
