What does it mean?

We pay PST!

It usually means you haven't filed your UPDATED documents with the registry.

any idea what these 'updated' docs maybe?
does a biz need to renew its biz license every year? sounds kind of stupid.

How about ur corporate return & GST?

it usually is one of 3 things:

1 you don't have any active directors on the company so no one runs it basically.
2: All your annual reports are due 2months from your anniversary date of the company. (this is the most common.) And you haven't filed it yet.

Note: your company can get dissolved if it hasn't filed for 2 years.

3: It's something regarding companies prior to 2004 so i don't think it has something to do with you, 99% of all companies more or less have done this

i know about #3.

we pay our pst, gst, dues on time - so i think we are technically still in biz.

did not know about #2.
