its 100% impossible so long as its a leased car? any letter of permission etc?

Ask whoever leased it to you, it's their car.

But there are ways. A handful amount of leased luxury cars made their way to China.

The complication is how to get registered at the country of import. But if you have to ask, I'm assuming you don't have the necessary connection to make that.

Export car to china, import car as used in china, report to icbc ur car had been stolen, wait for icbc cheque, profit, sell car in china, double profit!

you need a title before most shipping companies will even ship the car out.
Also at incheon port, you need to present the title. Unless you bribe all necessary officials.
