Rogers pay as you go activation online
 
Hey Im planning to activate a pay as you go plan for my cousin but dunno how to online and dont wanna get hustled for 40-100 bucks at the stores LOL. Im planning to give my cousin my bb 8900. It asks for the imei number.. Can I still activate the account even if its a used phone? Thanks in advance!

I did this recently and I can confirm that yes, it should be ok.
