i don't like taxes as much as the next guy, but i dislike people who scam the system more - the ppl who did this should be made to smoke the whole shipment - with no healthcare afterwards
same w/drug dealers - if they get caught, make them ingest what they're carrying/selling - will kill them, a real deterrant

i thought it was just an idiotic justice system we had - clearly its the people that support it, and that's why we'll always pay high taxes nad have criminals living with a better standard of living than us (look at all the wangsters out there - no real consequences for their crimes, even when they're caught)
actually for example, there was a drug dealer in ladner, everyone knew he was a drug dealer, he had a whole network of drug runners set up, finally the cops 'caught' him after this 'huge' operation, found loads of drugs & cash in his house and caught them red handed - he spent 1 year, i believe, in jail... no doubt he's back dealing drugs and has all that money just sitting somehwere else

i thought it was just an idiotic justice system we had - clearly its the people that support it, and that's why we'll always pay high taxes nad have criminals living with a better standard of living than us (look at all the wangsters out there - no real consequences for their crimes, even when they're caught)
actually for example, there was a drug dealer in ladner, everyone knew he was a drug dealer, he had a whole network of drug runners set up, finally the cops 'caught' him after this 'huge' operation, found loads of drugs & cash in his house and caught them red handed - he spent 1 year, i believe, in jail... no doubt he's back dealing drugs and has all that money just sitting somehwere else | the first time you get caught for a grow op is only a record + $5000 fine
But in all honesty i come from a society where the government and majority of the people believe in harsh sentence = deterrence and it has not work for 1 bit, except for innocent people getting executed once in a while. If stopping crime is as simple as an eye for an eye, crime would of been extinct long time ago. Sure some of our sentence are leniant but the point is to rehabilitate AND punish. Imagine if the punishment for rape is to get your wang chop off. And 1 day you got so drunk and you rape a girl, knowing that eventually u will get caught and when you do you will lose you wang wouldn't you go out and rape more girls while you can? whats holding you back when you know its only a matter of time before you lost you baby maker and its not like you have more than 1? Sure the solution is to not rape any1 in the first place but nobody is perfect, some people just makes bigger mistakes than others.
