lots of food groups and you have to combine them or avoid eating together...
also...i would not eat anything from group b:

What was your weight to begin with?
Did you exercise more or just change up your diet? What were you eating before?

http://www.blogtalkradio.com/undergr...el-de-los-rios

I listened to this a while ago but everyone is basically saying the same thing now...cut the sugar/cut the grains/eat organic/eat more fat

If you want to find out your metabolic type, I came across this great site:

http://caloriecount.about.com/metabo...eating-ft93247

You can probably save your money after that :P

I've taken the test many times but always came up as a mixed type...it's so hard to answer all those questions accurately..

Anyways, regardless of which type you are, sugar should never/rarely be eaten..you even have to watch your intake of fruits...
you should get your nutrition from WHOLE FOODS

Girl: what type are you?

that depends, are you worried about your physical appearance or your internal health?
eventually smoking deteriorates both.

I didn't score 5 more for anyone. But majority wise I'm a balanced metabolizer.

And I agree, the closer state that your food is in as it was originally grown in is the best. Read the ingredients and if you can understand everything on that list, it's a safe bet that the food is not that bad for you.

it's actually easy to lose weight, just don't eat so god damn much, that means anything u intake. candy, drinks, DRINKS, DRINKS.

I see fat fucks sipping on their fucking crazy ass starbucks or whatever there is.

don't eat junk. i dont give two fucks if you're hungry and uw anna snack. ok fine, dont eat that pack of candy. infact dont have any candy, no sweets. no crazy ass drinks, no snacks.

eat real food. only when you have to. dont snack on shit cuz u feel like it, drink more water.

just stop putting so much shit in your mouth.

get on an elliptical for 45min-1 hour per day, and u better be going at a speed where you're panting and sweating like mad. or run, or swim, for the same amount of time. u gotta really push yourself. most people are fucking lazy and have no drive.
as soon as they feel pain, the pain, the acidic feeling in your muslces should be THERE, the tightness in your chest, that feeling OH GOD I WANT TO STOP. should be THERE. and it shoudl be there. don't stop cuz u feel it. keep going. if you aint working hard that hard, you aint working out. stop wasting your time and just be fat. you'll be happier.

i guarantee you'll lose weight that way.

ive been through 3 different basic trainings, and every time, every candidate has lost weight over the course of 1 month. they run for 45-60min everyday, hardcore, fast pace, u cannot stop, no breaks, no water breaks, nothing just keep running. and they only ate 3 meals a day, and had only 10minutes to eat each meal. everyone had a fuckin 6 pack and could run a biliontimes further by the end of the 30 days. ok the tubbies didnt have a 6 pack, but they could keep up with us by the end of the 30 days, give them another 2-3 months and they'd be superstars too.

if that's not proof, then i dont know what is.

you should feel like hell after your cardio. every single time, every single day.

there's no easy way out, you can only do so much with "diet".

I would imagine that if you needed to eat carbs then oatmeal and other whole grains would be best. Those processed carbs like white bread and whatnot wouldn't be all to great for you.

I try to get all my carbs from fruits and veggies..
I try to get like a hunter/gatherer: whole, unprocessed food

Obviously it's hard to keep that up 100% of the time due to cravings, temptations and convenience...but most of the time I fight the urges to eat grains (even the "healthy" ones like oatmeal)

I also keep carbs super low on the days I don't exercise..
