| Harrison hot spring
Last min plan, I deicded to go to harrison hot spring this weekend for 1 or 2 nights.
1) I am in the hunt for a hotel, could anybody recommend any places?
2) Other than the hot spring, is there anything worth visiting or seeing in the town ?
3) Is there any travel engine i can use to book hotels in harrison to perhaps save a few bucks ?

Stay at the resort cause atleast you will be able to have a pool or hot tub use at night time. Harrison is pretty boring IMO, only good for a 2 day break to relax. Not much you can do there. Keep in mind most restaurants close early there too, the worst is being hungry at 10 with no food around you.
During the day I recommend renting jet skis. Posted via RS Mobile |

Harrison Resort would probably be your best bet I believe they are the only hotel there that uses the local hot springs and there's no point going there and not using it. The hotel itself isn't particularly impressive considering its status I stayed there for a weekend earlier this year and it was difficult to find activities to do.
Bring alcohol.

there is only one wine shop there..
there are a few hotels, but i recall harrison resort is the only one with hot spring pools in the facility..
the hotel, like above, is comparable to your typical travel lodge. dining out is fairly expensive their as well.
if you really want real hot springs, you'll have to travel further to kootney's (nelson)

You can go into the real hot spring that is public, it is on the south-west side of the lake about a 15 minute walk.

So this weekend i'm heading to Harrison with the S/O and we booked a hotel and spa.
I'm planning the Saturday and checkin is at 4pm, What activities should i get done before the checkin?
We're planning to hitup the garden and the hot spring there, maybe canoeing, any suggestions?
