hanoi and ha long are really nice, my favourite places in VN, hai phong is fun but it's the most gangster city in VN. actually, all the crazy violent nammers in east vancouver are from hai phong.
in the past, they used to shoot each other in the club, just because the table over ordered a more expensive bottle, true story.
some clubs there, you'll still see security with bulletproof vests.
