Moblicity launch 1 Attachment(s) Well it's available in Toronto now, I guess Vancouver will be later this year. Interesting pricing scheme: All plans are unlimited, you just pay for the features you want to use. No contracts either! Unfortunately there is no mix-and-match. For instance, it would be great if you could do unlimited data and voice, and nothing else.. But there you go, a 1700/2100 network for Canada finally. More importantly, you have choices now. |
I'm hoping they launch in Vancouver soon. I need to jump ship from Rogers to the $65 plan. |
Interesting. Too bad in order to get data, you have to get the whole shebang. |
Yeah, for me it would be perfect to have unlimited data + pay as you go voice... If they could do that for like $20-30 that would be sweet :) Thankfully that's about all I pay anyway for unlimited data and voice :lol But for Canada, that would be awesome |
whoa. $65 looks sweet. what a killer deal! and i thought wind was good haha. you can get their $15 plan and addon unlimited blackberry for $20 more. their longD plans are awesome too for those that call alot. $20 to unlimited call asia. are the 3g networks in asia 1700/2100? |
Pretty much everywhere in the world except North America is 2100 |
wow, unlimited global text and u.s. long distance ! |
The big one is.. how big is their "home zone"? There's no mention of roaming.. Sucks that you have to hit $45 before you get voicemail though. If they included that for $35, I'm there in a second. Hell, I'd jump from Wind, which is what I've been eyeing recently. :lol |
the $10 jump for unlimited text only is kinda shitty too... thats just like rogers! |
wow, it looks like its even cheaper than wind |
Been thinking about my phone plan lately and if they had these plan right here right now, I'd be all over the $65 plan. Too bad there is no $35/$45 plan + data. Edit: I looked on their site and if you use a BB, then you can add unlimited BIS for $20. Also since there are no contracts etc. Do you think you have to buy a phone from them to use their plans? Or just pay for the plan and a sim and use your existing phone, given it is capable on their network. |
You shouldn't ever have to pay for a sim card.. They are worthless. If you have a phone, I'm sure you just pay for the first month, and start using it. Hopefully it'll be ready for when I come back to Vancouver this summer. It'll be nice to just pay the $60 or whatever for the month I'll be there rather than the fucking stupid ridiculously overpriced prepaid cards from Fido or Rogers. 2100 MHz 3G is of course a huge bonus  |
