Does anyone know how much Rogers charge for the Blackberry's PIN released from an account? Thx..

You have to have a blackberry plan on your account or they wont release it for you

I see. So how do we know whther the BB PIN has already been released by the operator or not?

You'll know when you try tregister the PIN on the BIS.
