Mobil One Synthetic Motor Oil $29.39 4.4L @ Canadian Tire

Hey guys,

Just want to share everyone what I saw on the flyer the other day:

http://www.canadiantire.ca/browse/pr...=1274560088739

I use it for my car. I picked up a jug at the Canadian Tire at Byrne and Marine Drive. There was one 10/30 left and nothing of the 5/30.

Not a bad price.. almost as cheap as the states. For oil, states is almost always your best shot.

You can check the local flyer @ walmart.ca page 23...
They currently have 4.4L of Pennzoil FULL SYNTHETIC for 19 bucks.

i think they are replacing the 4.4L jugs with the 4.73L's.

There's probably not the case. The 4.4L jug is made in Canada and probably made by Shell Canada. The 4.73L new jug is made in the States. I'm trying to find more information regarding to this as well but that's what I've found so far.

when i was at walmart..
the 4.4L Pennzoil plat. full Synthetic was 19.xx
the 4.7L Pennziol plat. full Synthetic was 35.97

the only visual difference is the jug.

The closest Walmart to the border should be this one:
http://maps.google.com/maps/place?ci...CpyijQPg0b2zDg
which is only about 20km from the border.....

The reviews are funny.

for those running conventional, wallmart here locally sometimes has QS 5w-30/10w-30 for $10.88 for a 5L jug. Pretty good Oil, solid price. When it comes to synthetic i'll pay the extra dough and go with Lubro Moly. It is my oil of prefrence.
