I used to use this card call Nutalk. it is a pre-paid phone card which gives a very good rate 1.5c or 1.8c per min to call US. and they charge you min by min. Now they seem to discontinue. Any recommendation on which phone card is good to call the states? I don't want any monthly subscription. cause i don't call that much. may be an hour a week max. thanks Advertisement
