Acura Integra GSR questions

New to the auto scene, just a couple of questions.

How can I tell what year my car is? I was told it was a 2000, but the invoice I got from ootmar auto (oil changed) says 1999.

How do I get my windows to not squeek? (sunroof/driver/passenger)

Around how much would it cost for me to replace my interior plating? (not sure if it's called that, but I'm talking about the hard surface area thing holding up the odometer/radio/steering wheel/glove compartment/etc)

Where in the lower mainland can I get some spare parts? Like an ash tray container, and a small rectangular covering that takes the place of some auto switch if it were there(what's it called by the way?)

THANKS

So, can places like Jiffy Lube, Ootmar, etc, be wrong about the year of my car?
What's 10th digit on Vin?

sometimes, a long time ago mr lube told me my car was an 02 instead of 04.

your vehicle ident. number. On the top left of your dash, look through your windsheild. It will be on your regi too. Count to the 10th digit. If it is a 0, you have a 2000, if it is a 9, you have a 1999

Actually theres no 0. and a 9 would indicate 2009.

X is 99 and Y is 2000.

yea, just apply some onto the rubber seals that touches the window itself. or worse comes to worse, use a lil bit of vaseline.

dashes, there are a few for sale in this forum. just look. its like a hundred bucks for the whole dash.
