fuck.. the stupid unlock for the 3G is such a headache.. need to upgrade it's baseband to a ipad baseband in order to unlock it, and then the JB is also a tethered one :S

who releases the newest JB/unlocks generally? i'm having trouble finding anything on youtube that isnt at least a month or more old, so i'm asuming nothing has changed in ulocking 4.2.1?

Don't get the iPhone 5 cus the iPhone 6 is coming out soon after. Better yet, dont get the iPhone at all cus a new one always comes out. Don't get a cell phone at all actually cus a new one will always come out. Stick to payphones and land lines.

Never heard of that happening before sounds like your battery is going to explode. Are you using a generic charger? if your battery is expanding take it back to apple, pretty sure they will replace the battery or give u a replacement phone free.

just bought an iphone4 afew weeks ago to replace my 3gs. i thought it was worth it. When the Iphone5 comes out sell the 4 and upgrade to 5. iPhone resale value is pretty good.

so what's the best case that you guys recommend?

I'm using an sgp case, it's alright I guess


Stay far far away from the incase , it's a super tight fit and if you have a screen protector it peels it off

so far the Neo Hybrid looks good, or the ultra thin and ultra silk?

i don't want a rubbery one if that matters

Yeah just use VLC. No conversion needed. Drag and drop. But ofcourse you need ti use the VLC app to play them.

So do you even bother resizing the file to a proper iphone resolution or do you just leave them as they are?

just leave them as they are. I prefer to use CineXplayer because you can go fullscreen in it

got my stuff from sw-box today! all my stuff was in mint condition, i ordered with EVOX and his had some glue residue on certain places of the back plate though

if any of you are looking for bumpers, i got mine from sw-box. looks pretty cool, i like it a lot more then the ones apple sells

I use iPodMe. It's old but it works. There's a million of these out there but iPodMe I find the most user friendly and fast. Set your size, quality and hit convert and wait.

Sure thing, ill snap some pictures later when i get off work. The blue one isnt as nice in terms of quality compared to silver, there are some slight doscolourations but only under a certain light, not anything extreme

Also its a bit less dark then it is In pictures. Cf is just cf
