finally got used to the double vibrate after these past few days... but sometimes it doesn't do the full vibrate....? it'll do a quick buzz instead of a "buzz-buzzzzzzzz" lol

Majorly fucked up my phone. Decided to update to 4.2.1 and JB with Greenpoison. I backed up everything and transferred purchases (around 2:20AM). Everything went good until I think I interrupted the sync when it was syncing all my texts and photos back on. Therefore when I turned it on for the first time only my contacts were on. I synced the music back on and when I went to look at my photos, they were gone. My texts, photos, calender, settings were all gone. I tried restoring from a previous back up but the only one I could select was at 3:50AM) And I don't know how to revert back to my 2.20 one. Any one have any tips? I'm using a PC so the TimeCapsule thing wont work. I looked in my AppData folders and I see a MobileBackup folder that is timestamped at 2:20 but don't know how to get iTunes to read it. Uggghh

Doesn't work. Looks like it's a major bug.

Several of us have the same problem. Doesn't matter if you create a new alarm or reboot the phone. Still goes off an hour earlier than it should.

Strangely, I think using a one-time alarm works properly... but my Monday to Friday alarm goes off an hour early.

Okay, looks like that is the case.

The bug happens only if it's a recurring alarm.

But if it's a one-time alarm, it'll go off when it's supposed to.

So... either you keep turning on the one-time alarms before going to sleep, or set your recurring alarm an hour ahead for now...

Guess those are the options.

I'm not a fan of aftermarket back covers but I like this one. I ordered it about a month ago 2 days after it was released and finally received it a few days ago. The hard part is trying to get all the smudge and dust out from the inside of the phone and inside of the glass so it looks clean. $20 including shipping :cool:

I don't know, it probably is. I rarely use my camera and when I do, I usually delete the picture right after so I don't have any old pictures to compare it to.

hey guys, this isn't related to the iphone 4 but I had to restore my iphone 3g because it kept booting to the apple logo screen and dying. I'm on 3.1.2 and have re-jailbreaked it. I installed cydia but it keeps crashing. I looked online and people have said thats it's due to dead repos. I need to ssh into my phone or find another way to get to /var/lib/apt/lists to delete the dead repos but I can't. I also read that you can get open ssh from rock or icy. I used blackrain to jailreak my phone and tried to install rock but it gives me a url error and I can't get icy because it wasn't an option. I'm really frustrated right now. Is there any other way I can get into it? I've tried everything! :devil:

i have 3G on, push off for everything. pisses the heck outta me how i have to charge it twice a day, and i hear u guys doing all sorts of things with ur phones and only have to charge once a day.
